The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE based in Tallinn informs about the change of the date of publication of the quarterly report for the third quarter of the financial year 2021/2022.

In accordance with the schedule for submitting periodic reports in the financial year 2021/2022, published in current report No. 9/2021 on October 8, 2021, the originally declared date for the publication of the quarterly report for the third quarter of the financial year 2021/2022 was April 29, 2022. The Issuer’s Management Board announces that the new date for the publication of the quarterly report for the third quarter of the financial year 2021/2022 will be May 15, 2022.

The remaining dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2021/2022 remain unchanged.
