Przyczyn\u0105 rozwi\u0105zania Umowy jest brak mo\u017cliwo\u015bci \u015bwiadczenia us\u0142ug przez audytora w zwi\u0105zku ze zmian\u0105 kraju siedziby Emitenta w trakcie obowi\u0105zywania Umowy.<\/p>\n
Stosownie do obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych przepis\u00f3w badanie i przegl\u0105d sprawozda\u0144 Emitenta musz\u0105 by\u0107 realizowane przez podmioty uprawnione do realizacji tego rodzaju us\u0142ug zgodnie z prawem Estonii.<\/p>\n
The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE headquartered in Tallinn, hereby informs that on 30\/04\/2019 the the Agreement for carrying out the audit of the Company’s financial statements for 2018 has been terminated. Aforementioned agreement was concluded by the Issuer with the Company Grupa Gumu\u0142ka – Audyt Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 Sp. K. headquartered in Katowice at Matejki Jana Street 4 branch in Warsaw _01-031_ at Szlak Street 65, entered in the list of entities qualified to audit financial statements under no. 3975, which conclusion was reported in the current report no 43\/2018 of 29\/06\/2018.<\/p>\n
The reason for terminating the Agreement is the inability to provide services by the auditor as a result of the change of the Issuer’s country of residence during the term of the Agreement.<\/p>\n
Pursuant to applicable provisions, the Issuer’s reports and review must be carried out by entities authorized to provide such services in accordance with the law of Estonia.<\/p>\n
