Umowa nie zosta\u0142a zawarta z zastrze\u017ceniem warunku lub terminu. Emitent jest uprawniony do \u017c\u0105dania zwrotu ca\u0142ej kwoty po\u017cyczki niezw\u0142ocznie w przypadku z\u0142ego stanu maj\u0105tkowego Po\u017cyczkobiorcy.The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE based in Tallinn informs that on 8\/07\/2020, 9\/07\/2020, 17\/07\/2020 and 19\/07\/2020 it concluded with Damar Patro UU with the seat of Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornim\u00e4e tn 5, 10145, Registry No. 14494537_ loan agreement in the amount of EUR 1.200.000,00. Pursuant to the concluded agreements, the loan amount will be disbursed until 22\/07\/2020 in Polish zlotys and the conversion rate was PLN 4,40 per EUR.<\/p>\n
The loan agreements were concluded until 30\/06\/2023.<\/p>\n
The interest rate on the loan was set at 2.5% per annum. Interest installments will be payable in six-month periods. The first interest installment will be payable by 31\/12\/2020. The loan repayment has been secured by the borrower by issuing a blank promissory note with a declaration to the Issuer. The contract has not been concluded subject to a condition or time limit. The Issuer is entitled to demand the return of the entire loan amount immediately in the event of a poor financial status of the Borrower.<\/p>\n
