Pozosta\u0142e projekty uchwa\u0142 opublikowane w dniu 6 listopada 2020 roku raportem bie\u017c\u0105cym numer 13\/2020 pozostaj\u0105 bez zmian.<\/p>\n<p>W za\u0142\u0105czeniu Zarz\u0105d Sp\u00f3\u0142ki przekazuje zaktualizowane Statuty Sp\u00f3\u0142ki oraz pisemne \u017c\u0105danie Akcjonariusza.<\/p>\n<p>Following receipt of the request of a shareholder PATRO INVEST O\u00dc on November 10, 2020 filed under the provision of \u00a7 293 item _2_ of the Estonian Commercial Code, together with the draft of a relevant resolution, the Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE _the &#8220;Company&#8221;_ informs that it took into account the Shareholder&#8217;s demand in that the way that it supplemented draft resolutions prepared for the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, convened for November 30, 2020, for draft resolutions regarding the addition of a point regarding the change in the financial year of the Company and the amendment to the Articles of Association.
