{"id":3948,"date":"2020-12-11T17:30:17","date_gmt":"2020-12-11T16:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raporty.en.ifcapital.pl\/?p=3948"},"modified":"2022-01-04T20:26:21","modified_gmt":"2022-01-04T19:26:21","slug":"rejestracja-zmian-statutu-spolki-registration-of-amendments-to-the-articles-of-association","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raporty.en.ifcapital.pl\/?p=3948","title":{"rendered":"Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Current report 17\/2020<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 11\/12\/2020 the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate for Estonian law registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 30\/11\/2020.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the current wording of points 2.1, 2.4, 4.7 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2.1.The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 3 000 000 euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 12 000 000 euros. &#8221;<br \/>\n\u201c2.4. The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 30 000 000 _thirty million_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 120 000 000 _one hundred and twenty million_ shares.<br \/>\n\u201c4.7.
