Current report 13\/2021<\/p>\n

The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on November 16, 2021, the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonia’s law, registered the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from
\nresolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 2 November 2021.<\/p>\n

In connection with this, the current wording of points 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n

“2.1.The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 3 000 000 _three million_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 12 000 000 _twelve million_ euros.”<\/p>\n

“2.4 The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 30 000 000 _thirty million_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 120 000 000 _one hundred and twenty million_ shares.”<\/p>\n

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish and English language versions.<\/p>\n

Currently, the share capital of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE amounts to EUR 10 511 180,40 and is divided into 105 111 804 shares without a nominal value with a book value of EUR 0,10 per share.<\/p>\n
