The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 18\/03\/2024, the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 6\/10\/2023.<\/p>\n

In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n

“2.4.The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 4 000 000 _four million_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 16 000 000 _sixteen million_ shares.”<\/p>\n

The current number of shares issued by the Issuer is 5 005 324.<\/p>\n

Attached to this report, the Issuer provides the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.<\/p>\n
