{"id":4388,"date":"2024-04-17T17:47:26","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T15:47:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/raporty.en.ifcapital.pl\/?p=4388"},"modified":"2024-04-17T19:11:05","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T17:11:05","slug":"registration-of-amendments-to-the-articles-of-association-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/raporty.en.ifcapital.pl\/?p=4388","title":{"rendered":"Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Current report 2\/2024<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 17\/04\/2024, the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_, competent for Estonian law, registered the amendments to the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 6\/10\/2023.<\/p>\n<p>In connection with the above, the current wording of point 2.1 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2.1.
