Najmniejsza liczba akcji sp\u00f3\u0142ki bez warto\u015bci nominalnej to 3 000 000 _trzy miliony_, najwi\u0119ksza liczba akcji sp\u00f3\u0142ki to 12 000 000 _dwana\u015bcie milion\u00f3w_.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Aktualnie kapita\u0142 zak\u0142adowy Sp\u00f3\u0142ki Investment Friends Capital SE wynosi 300 000,00 EURO oraz dzieli si\u0119 na 3 000 000 akcji.<\/p>\n<p>W za\u0142\u0105czeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Sp\u00f3\u0142ki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz esto\u0144skiej wersji j\u0119zykowej.<\/p>\n<p>The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE, with its registered office in Tallinn, hereby announces that on 8\/07\/2025 the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate to Estonian law registered amendments to the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 31\/03\/2025.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the current wording of sections 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company&#8217;s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 300 000 _three hundred thousand_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 1 200 000 _one million two hundred thousand_ euros&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;2.4.
