The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE, with its registered office in Tallinn, hereby announces that on 15.01.2026 the Estonian Commercial Register _\u00c4riregister_ in accordance with Estonian law registered amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 10.10.2025.<\/p>\n

Therefore, the current wording of sections 2.1 and 2.4 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:<\/p>\n

“2.1. The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 160 000 _one hundred sixty thousand_ euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 640 000 _six hundred forty thousand_ euros.”<\/p>\n

“2.4. The minimum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 1 600 000 _one million six hundred thousand_ shares and the maximum number of the shares of the Company without nominal value is 6 400 000 _six million four hundred thousand_ shares.”<\/p>\n

The current share capital of Investment Friends Capital SE is EUR 160 000,00 and is divided into 1 600 000 shares.<\/p>\n

The Issuer provides the current version of the Company’s Articles of Association in Polish, English, and Estonian as an attachment to this report.<\/p>\n
