Change in the date of publication of yearly financial report for the financial year 2024/2025

The Management Board of Investment Friends Capital SE, based in Tallinn, further to Current Report No. 5/2024 dated November 8, 2024, and Report No. 5/2025 dated September 30, 2025, hereby announces a change in the publication date of the annual financial report for the 2024-2025 financial year, which was previously scheduled for October 15, 2025. The new publication date of the annual financial report for the 2024-2025 financial year is October 31, 2025.
