The Management Board of the Issuer, i.e. Investment Friends Capital SE with its registered office in Tallinn _hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”_, hereby informs that on 18/06/2021 as a result of the end of the term of
office of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the new 3-years term of office of Mr Damian Patrowicz commencing on 3/06/2021 and ending on 18/06/2024 establishing that the Management Board will consist of one member of the Management Board.
