Registration of amendments to the Articles of Association

The Management Board of INVESTMENT FRIENDS CAPITAL SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that the Commercial Companies Register _Ariregister_ appropriate for Estonian law registered on June 29, 2021 the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company resulting from the resolution no.2 adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 20/03/2021.

As a result of this, the current wording of point 2.1 of the Company’s Articles of Association is as follows:

“2.1 The minimum amount of share capital of the Company is 500 000 euros and the maximum amount of share capital is 2 000 000 euros.”

Currently, the share capital of Investment Friends Capital SE amounts to EUR 500 532,40 and consists of 5 005 324 shares without par value with a book value of EUR 0,10.

The Issuer attached to this report the current wording of the Articles of Association in the Polish, English and Estonian language versions.
